My recent online purchase turned into a complete disaster, serving as a genuine cautionary tale. The shipping process dragged on endlessly, which was especially frustrating because I desperately needed new glasses. When they finally showed up, the quality was shockingly poor. To make matters worse, one of the pairs wasn’t even the style I had originally ordered. Within less than a month, one pair snapped, and the arm of the second pair started coming loose. This deeply frustrating situation left me with no choice but to contact customer service and share my experience in a review.
