My experience was a complete disaster, emphasizing why I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately. We paid extra for expedite-shipping, and yet the package did not make it in the allotted time that was paid for. To make matters worse, the merchandise arrived damaged; the dress is missing sequins. This boutique clearly do not honor damages merchandise and seem only interested in taking clients money and not honoring the policy of refunding damage goods.
