This "extremely poor experience" left me feeling that "I shouldn't have spent so much on an overpriced item from this company," which led me to write this review and contact customer service. Customer: My $250 purchase, order #[ORDER], came wrapped in paper inside a USPS envelope with no receipt, even though I paid $45 for shipping. This is completely unacceptable!
