Negative Experience My recent online shopping experience was a complete letdown. If you loved this posting and you would like to obtain additional information pertaining to silvernecklaceonmen.blogspot.com kindly go to the webpage. I ordered a $250 silver tumbler that arrived "literally wrapped in plain paper and shipped in a USPS envelope, despite being charged $45 for shipping. There was no receipt, no box, and no branded packaging." This "extremely poor experience" left me feeling that "I shouldn't have spent so much on an overpriced item from this company," which led me to write this review and contact customer service. Customer: My $250 purchase, order #[ORDER], came wrapped in paper inside a USPS envelope with no receipt, even though I paid $45 for shipping. This is completely unacceptable!
Customer Service Representative: I understand your frustration.
