My online shopping ordeal serves as a cautionary tale. After my old glasses broke, I urgently placed an order on March 30th and paid extra for express 3-5 day shipping. When day five came and went, then day ten, my order remained stuck in production. Now, on day nineteen, I still don't have my glasses! This entire experience felt like dealing with what I can only describe as a terrible company—just awful.
I reached out to customer service demanding answers, knowing I needed to share this experience through a review.
